Frequently asked questions
Feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
Is the hearing test painful?
Hearing tests are painless. They involve listening to sounds, and you simply respond when you hear them. It's a routine procedure.
How long will my hearing aids last?
Hearing aids generally last 5-7 years. Over time, technology improves, and your hearing needs may change, making an upgrade beneficial.
My child can respond to sounds but doesn't talk. Why?
Children develop at different rates. Understanding sounds and speech development may occur at their own pace. We invite you to book a visit with us to get clarity.
My mother/father is old; do they need a hearing aid?
Age-related hearing loss is common. While it's not mandatory, hearing aids can significantly improve their quality of life by enhancing communication and social interaction.
